It is a very common problem. The severity of incontinence, ranges from occasionally leaking urine when someone coughs or sneezes (Stress incontinence) to experiencing a strong urge to urinate that leads to not being able to reach WC before it\u2019s too late (Urge incontinence). There is also a mixed type of incontinence which shares symptoms with both above types.\nIt is more common as people get older, but incontinence is not a direct consequence of aging. Severe incontinence has a low prevalence in young women, but rapidly increases at ages 70 through 80. In men, the prevalence of incontinence is much lower than in women, about 3% to 11% overall, with urge incontinence accounting for 40% to 80% of all male patients. Stress incontinence accounts for less than 10% of cases and is attributable to prostate surgery, trauma, or neurological injury. The RCT Fem\u2122 (Pollen extract) UI group had the greatest improvement in ICIQ-SF scores (\u22124.07 \u00b1 3.4), followed by the PollenBerry\u00ae (pollen extract) group (\u22123.34 \u00b1 2.87)\u2026\"<\/p>\n<p>Conclusions<br \/>\nPollen extract (RCT Fem\u2122) supplementation resulted in significant and clinically meaningful reductions in UI severity, with corresponding improvements in daily urinary leakage volume and frequency of nocturia. Pollen extract (PollenBerry\u00ae) significantly improved stress-induced urinary leakage volume, suggesting that it may be efficacious in women who are prone to stress UI. By reducing bothersome symptoms, Cernitin improves quality of life. The placebocontrolled, double-blind studies with Cernitin alone and combined with other natural products especially provide evidence that Cernitin is effective in reducing nocturia, daytime frequency, and sensation of residual urine\u2026.
